Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead Installer with a solid residential construction background (electrician, plumber, security, or general building) who wants to learn smart home systems and grow into managing projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Install smart home, audio/video, lighting, and security systems - Interpret blueprints and follow best practices - Communicate with homeowners, builders, and subcontractors - Train and mentor junior techs - Learn scheduling, estimating, and project tracking
